least 3 hours after eating it.

With its regular practice, you can stay healthy for long
periods of time. Indeed, during this practice, when we breathe deeply, the pure
air expels the contaminated substances of our blood and purifies the blood into
the body and gives them nourishment. To do this pranayam, sit in any seat. Now
close the right punch of the nostril with the thumb of the right hand and fill
the breath in the count of four to the left holes and then close the left
nostril with two fingers next to the thumb. After this, remove the thumb from
the right side and leave the breath out. You can do this from five minutes to
fifteen minutes according to your ability.
